Property Entrepreneur Licensed Real Estate Agent Property Executive in Developers Company Property Manager/Rental Management Corporate Real Estate Manager Commercial Leasing Manager with REIT or Developer Company Leasing Consultant with Valuer /Property Management Company Real Estate Investment Advisers
Pass SPM /SPMV with at least credits three (3) subjects ; OR Pass Certificate in Real Estate Valuation / Certificate in Property Management (MQF level 3) from INSPEN or Certificate (MQF level 3) in relevant field related from PPT recognized by Malaysian Government with 2.00 minimum CGPA; OR Any equivalent qualification recognize by Malaysian Government.
